- Use the product as directed every day for at least 30 days.
- If you are not happy, email support@pakshilajit.pk or message us on WhatsApp within 45 days of delivery.
- Tell us your order number and the reason for your return.

How will I get my refund if I paid Cash on Delivery?
Most orders in Pakistan are paid by Cash on Delivery. For COD orders, we send your refund by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa — whichever is easiest for you. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
What if my product arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, including any delivery cost. You do not need to complete the 30-day trial in this case.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
- Products that have been almost fully used up beyond a reasonable trial amount.
- Refund requests made more than 45 days after delivery.
